Step away from the stress and noise of everyday life and give yourself the gift of presence. This class combines three simple but powerful practices—breathwork, gentle stretching, and guided meditation—to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.
We’ll begin with calming breath techniques to ground your energy and bring awareness to the present moment. From there, we’ll move through a series of slow, mindful stretches to release tension in the body, increase mobility, and invite ease into your posture. To close, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
No prior experience is necessary—this class is open to all levels and abilities. Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm in a busy week, support for your wellbeing, or simply time to recharge, this is a space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit and stretch on.
